Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• Provider:Venkadachalam Kaliyappan (Owner of the software and server).
• Client:The authorized user(s) or entity granted access to the Service.
• Service:The web application hosted at this domain.

2. Ownership

The Provider retains 100% ownership of all source code, database structures, designs, and intellectual property related to the Service. The Client claims no ownership over the software.

3. Grant of Rights

The Provider grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for their internal business operations.

4. Data Ownership

The Client retains ownership of the specific business data (users, content, records) they enter into the system. If the Service is terminated, the Provider agrees to export this data for the Client in a reasonable format (e.g., CSV/JSON).

5. Termination

The Provider reserves the right to stop providing the Service or revoke access at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice.

6. Payment

The Service is currently provided free of charge (Pro Bono). The Provider reserves the right to introduce fees in the future, subject to a new agreement.

7. No Warranty

The Service is provided "AS IS". The Provider makes no guarantees regarding uptime, data integrity, or suitability for a particular purpose.
